By accessing or using APIScenario ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

APIScenario is a web-based HTTP test automation platform that allows users to create, run, and schedule API test scenarios. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use APIScenario. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send requests to services you do not own or have permission to test
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or intentionally overload external APIs
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits are enforced as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store the data required to provide the Service, including your test scenarios, run results, and account information.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the test scenarios and data you create. You grant APIScenario a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIScenario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API behaviour.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
